Whether you're dealing with bloating, fatigue, food sensitivities, or gut conditions like gastritis, SIBO, or leaky gut, my resources are designed to gently support your healing journey. Everything we create is rooted in clean, whole-food ingredients and holistic principles - but always remember to work alongside a health professional for personalized care.
Can your products diagnose, treat, or cure my condition?
No. The Better Gut Club offers wellness tools and resources intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, and the material presented by The Better Gut Club is NOT intended to be used as Medical Nutritional Therapy (MNT). I always recommend seeking medical advice from your doctor or a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new dietary or lifestyle protocol.
How should I use your meal plans and protocol guides?
My meal plans and protocol guides are designed as educational tools to help you make more informed, gut-friendly choices. They're structured to give you inspiration, guidance, and gentle support - but they are not a substitute for medical advice. Always work with a qualified health professional to customize your approach, especially if you have a diagnosis or complex symptoms.
Every body is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Think of our guides as a flexible framework…you're encouraged to adapt them to your preferences, dietary restrictions, and personal health needs. Listen to your body, go at your own pace, and consult your practitioner for tailored recommendations.
How do I access the digital products after purchasing?
Immediately after checkout, you'll receive an email with a download link. All of our products are PDF files, so you can view them on any device or print them out for easy use. If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or email us at hello@thebettergutclub.com.
Links expire after 24 hours - if necessary, just click the link in the original email, and a new one will be sent automatically.
Are your recipes gluten-free, dairy-free, or refined sugar-free?
Most recipes in our collection are free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, and many are vegan and/or AIP compliant. I clearly label each recipe book or product with its dietary focus so you can find the right fit for your lifestyle.
Do your guides work for everyone?
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing, and I do not guarantee any specific outcome for you. While our guides are built around research-informed, gentle ingredients and holistic practices, individual responses vary. You may find some foods or tools incredibly helpful while others don’t work for your body, and that’s okay. The goal is to give you a solid foundation to start exploring what supports your healing journey, and to help you make more informed decisions for yourself.
Do you offer personalized coaching or 1-on-1 support?
